Role Description
The Office Coordinator supports the System Director for Compliance/Associate Vice Chancellor for Compliance, the Southern University System (System) Office for Compliance, and the Southern University and A&M (SUBR) Office for Compliance. The Office Coordinator will be sensitive to students, faculty, and staff, while establishing and maintaining a positive working relationship with constituents and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Equipment skills
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
- GED/High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
