Accounts Payable Specialist
Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist for a company based in North Houston, Tx.
Pay Rate
25.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am – 5 : 00pm
Job Title Duties and Responsibilities
- Process and manage vendor invoices and payment requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records and documentation.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Reconcile accounts payable and payroll discrepancies and resolve issues as they arise.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to accounts payable and payroll activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial operations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
