Responsibilities include:
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger
- reconcile vendor accounts
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports detailing accounts payables status
- Generate checks, monitor credit card transactions and other payables.
- Daily bank reconciliation and generation of deposits
- Monitoring service department and sales department
Accounts payable skills needed:
- General knowledge of auto dealer
- Payables experience
- Strong work ethic and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask
