What You'll Do :
Build and lead a highly responsive engineering team, collaborating with customers from project inception to final commissioning.
Develop design and product standards for both custom-engineered and standardized systems.
Improve and optimize existing water heaters, heat recovery, and wastewater equipment .
Construct and execute a technology roadmap for future innovations.
Provide expert technical support for field inquiries and troubleshooting.
Foster a lean culture , driving efficiency through Kaizen, value stream mapping, and standard work .
Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team , ensuring professional growth and operational excellence.
What You Bring :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Master's preferred).
10 years of engineering leadership experience, with expertise in heat transfer, combustion, and wastewater treatment.
Experience managing engineered-to-order projects and leading multidiscipline teams .
Strong understanding of process equipment, instrumentation, and controls .
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with Lean / Six Sigma methodologies.
Knowledge of industry standards such as ASME, AWS, UL, NSF, NEC, NFPA, IEC (PE certification a plus).
