Dealer Trade Specialist

Organizational Relationships:

Interacts with internal customers at various levels, peers, supervisor and management.

Job Responsibilities:

· Receive and verify Dealer Trade information submitted

· Add or verify incoming Dealer Trade unit into ANSIR/AAU

· Post Dealer Trades into CDK by using both Journal Entries for Internal Trades and creating Deals in F&I for 3rd party trades.

· Assist with processing other incoming new and used vehicle units into system database as needed

· Follow-up on accounting inventory questions

· Other assigned responsibilities, as needed

Qualifications:

· A clear understanding of accounting principles and logic

· Flexible work schedule to accommodate mid-month and month-end deadlines

· Strong communication, grammar and organizational skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Produce high-quality work while under deadline pressure

· Ability to research and problem solve

· Excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities

· Team player with superior customer service skills

· Proficient in 10-key and typing skills

· Working knowledge of MS Office software – MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

· Automotive accounting experience preferred, but not required

Next Possible Position:

Inventory/Billing Lead/Training Lead

Physical Requirements:

This is largely a sedentary role with extended period looking at computer monitors.
