The Dealer Trade Associate is primarily responsible for the accurate and timely recording of inventory for both Internal and 3rd Party Dealer Trades submitted by Stores.
Organizational Relationships :
Interacts with internal customers at various levels, peers, supervisor and management.
Job Responsibilities :
- Receive and verify Dealer Trade information submitted
- Add or verify incoming Dealer Trade unit into ANSIR / AAU
- Post Dealer Trades into CDK by using both Journal Entries for Internal Trades and creating Deals in F&I for 3rd party trades.
- Assist with processing other incoming new and used vehicle units into system database as needed
- Follow-up on accounting inventory questions
- Other assigned responsibilities, as needed
