POSITION SUMMARY :
The primary purpose of your job is to ensure that the medically-related emotional and social needs of the resident are met / maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures. Will ensure that an on-going social service program is designed to meet, in accordance with the comprehensive assessment, psychosocial well-being of each resident. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Social Services Policies and Procedures.
