Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and motivate branch staff, ensuring accurate, timely operations and financial reporting.
- Manage P&L analysis, set profitability goals, and ensure compliance with shipping and customs regulations.
- Oversee customs brokerage, ensuring adherence to US Customs regulations and company policies.
- Develop and maintain vendor and customer relationships; negotiate rates with local service providers.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering growth and retention.
- Collaborate with corporate management on accounting, operations, and business development initiatives.
- Identify new business opportunities, support sales efforts, and contribute to revenue growth.
