Part-Time Front Desk Associate
Ava Bella Day Spa is hiring a front desk associate. We are looking for a team-player who is reliable and has a skill-set geared towards customer service. The ideal candidate has strong phone and computer skills, the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks, is detail-oriented, and shares Ava Bella’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, and empathy.
Available shifts: Friday 8:30 to 6:15 and Saturday 8:30 to 5:15. Additional shifts optional.
Paid training Tuesday – Friday from 8:30 to 12:30 for one week.
Essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent service to clients.
· Greeting clients, checking them in, and assisting them as needed.
· Answering phone calls
· Booking appointments
· Completing checkouts
· Following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.
· Keeping management apprised of client concerns.
· Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner, using it as a learning tool.
· Staying updated on retail products and promotions.
· Maintaining laundry and facility upkeep.
Creating and maintaining positive, professional relationships with the front desk team

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Utilize office software and computerized systems for efficient record-keeping and communication.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role; prior experience as a receptionist is a plus.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in clerical tasks including data entry and document management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; proofreading abilities are essential.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as phones, printers, and computers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
