What Youll Be Doing
Direct facilities maintenance, grounds and custodial
Managing the preventative maintenance and repairs of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and utilities
Overseeing major construction and renovation projects
Leading and developing a team of skilled trades, managers, and support staff
Ensuring budget accuracy and financial oversight of campus facilities
Implementing strategic process improvements and campus master plan initiatives

About You

5 years of director-level experience in fully integrated facilities management within a large university setting
Strong HVAC, plumbing, electrical expertise with hands-on experience
Proven experience in commercial snow management and snowplowing
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required
