The role is with the Process Optimization and Automation team.

Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days a week onsite) or Detroit, MI (only for super candidate)

Skills: Business Analyst, Problem Solving skills, Gather Requirements, AI, RPA (Robocorp ideal), Technical and Functional, Excel Automation. Candidate should have experience in Automated projects.

Banking Industry: Wholesale, Dealers, Commercial, Collection, Back Office Documentation, Marketing departments. Fraud Review and customer care.

RPA Tools: Robocorp, Script: Python, and Data Visualization: Power BI

Top 3 skills: Project Management, Time management, Requirement Gathering (Technical), Process Mapping, Process Documentation. JIRA, Visio

Industry: Candidates from highly Regulated Industry prefer in Banking and Finance (lending), Healthcare.

Interview Process: 2 rounds. 2nd round in-person interview (target to close in next 2 weeks with on boarding start of first week of May month)

Internal Notes: BA having finance Industry domain, AI, Robocorp and requirement gathering experience.

They thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail; Tools or Technologies: -RPA Platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Robocorp -Data Analysis & Visualization: Excel, Power BI, Tableau -Project Management Software: Jira, Asana, MS Project -AI/ML Frameworks & Platforms: Python-based libraries (e.g., Pandas, scikit-learn), TensorFlow, PyTorch -Process Modeling Standards: BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation); Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Work Schedule: Onsite min 3 days/week; Interview Process: 1 round video conference 1 round onsite (panel interview)


Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and automation within the organization.

Gather and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders.

Collaborate with technology teams to develop and deliver automation and AI solutions that meet business needs.

Conduct cross-functional audits to identify procedural inefficiencies and recommend improvements.

Work with subject matter experts to ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure successful project delivery.

Facilitate communication between business units and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of solutions.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify areas for further improvement.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in process optimization, automation, and AI technologies.


Qualifications:

Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.

Proven experience in working with technology teams to develop and deliver solutions.

Knowledge of automation and AI technologies and their application in business process optimization.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and technology teams.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus.
