Role : Billing Operations Analyst
Location : San Jose, CA (Remote)

Job Description :
Minimum Requirements :
5 years in a role (or roles) focused on TWO or more of the following : operational processes, billing, accounting, order management, data entry / management / hygiene, business operations
Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process.
Basic knowledge / understanding of MS office or G-suite, specifically Excel / Sheets. Must know how to format and work with system reports that are exported to Excel / Sheets.
Experience utilizing Salesforce (FinancialForce PSA platform a plus).
Experience "owning" processes, consistently analysing those processes against ever changing business needs and suggesting / spearheading updates to said processes.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
