Required Skills & Experience
5 years in a role (or roles) focused on TWO or more of the following : operational processes, billing, accounting, order management, data entry / management / hygiene, business operations
Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process.
Basic knowledge / understanding of MS office or G-suite, specifically Excel / Sheets. Must know how to format and work with system reports that are exported to Excel / Sheets.
Experience utilizing Salesforce (FinancialForce PSA platform a plus).
Experience "owning" process(s), consistently analyzing those processes against ever changing business needs and suggesting / spearheading updates to said processes.
Excellent organization and time management skills.

Able to take direction and follow outlined policies, process guides and instructions
