Minimum Requirements :
5 years in a role (or roles) focused on TWO or more of the following : operational processes, billing, accounting, order management, data entry / management / hygiene, business operations
Strong understanding and experience with all or parts of the order-to-cash process
Basic knowledge / understanding of MS office or G-suite, specificially Excel / Sheets.
Must know how to format and work with system reports that are exported to Excel / Sheets.
Experience utilizing SalesForce (FinancialForce PSA platform a plus).
Experience "owning" processe(s), consistently analyzing those processes against ever changing business needs and suggesting / spearheading updates to said processes.
Excellent organization and time management skills.

Additional role, initiative and group information :
The Professional Services Billing Operations Analyst reports to the Director of Professional Services Operations and is responsible for supporting and managing several administrative, reporting & accounting tasks within the Global Services / Customer Success organization.
She / He / They will have the responsibility of being a back-up to the more senior operations analysts, as it pertains to the services team, with a focus on newly created processes and needs.
The ideal candidate will be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, have basic accounting knowledge and able to move quickly while keeping focus on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision.
Identify, communicate, and manage risks associated with projects.
Identify business or customer requirements and information technology alternatives.
Create project plans for information technology development and testing.
Translate requirements into new information technology project specifications.
3 years of experience are required.
