Account Manager

Position Overview :

We are seeking a senior level, highly motivated, self-driven, gamechanger and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships, and driving business growth. This role combines client communications, project management, and CRM management to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the company's success. We are looking for someone with marketing and creative agency experience ready to dive into a fast-paced high-growth company.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Communications :

Act as the main liaison between the company and assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to address needs, resolve issues, and provide updates.

Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure trust, satisfaction, and retention. Learn the ins and outs of the client’s industry, background, and goals.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and offer tailored solutions.

Monthly reporting and communication to clients on deliverables for long-term and retainer clients

Assisting in Project Management :

Support producers in planning, tracking, and delivering client projects on time and within scope

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables

Keep clients informed of project milestones and progress, managing expectations effectively

Client Success Management :

Monitor client performance metrics and ensure alignment with their goals and objectives. Provide comprehensive reporting. Keep clients informed of project milestones and progress, managing expectations effectively.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve client success, including identifying challenges and offering actionable solutions.

Lead periodic client reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Become a fierce advocate for the client’s vision and goals, while furthering the mission of Ambient Skies.

Support producers in planning, tracking, and delivering client projects on time and within scope.

CRM Management :

Maintain and update client data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Track client interactions, monitor follow-ups, and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

Generate reports and insights from the CRM to support strategic decision-making.

Management of all communication logs for assigned clients

KPIs

Client Familiarization :

Conduct introductory calls / meetings with 100% of assigned clients within the first 30 days.

Internal Relationships :

Understand company cross-functional dynamics and collaboration opportunities.

Client Feedback :

Gather feedback from at least 50% of clients to understand their needs, expectations, and pain points.

Update 100% of assigned client records in the CRM system within the first 30 days.

Successfully resolve 100% of open client issues reported before their start date within the first 90 days.

Complete a health check for at least 90% of assigned accounts

Fully understand and document internal workflows for account management (e.g., reporting, escalation processes) within 60 days.

Deliver a detailed status report on all accounts to management by the 90th day.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5 years of marketing and creative agency experience in account management, client success, or related roles.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking, and learning abilities.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with project management, content creation, video production, and digital marketing
