We are a dynamic and rapidly growing real estate investment and property management company. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Office Manager to lead and support our administrative operations. This role is essential to keeping the company running efficiently and maintaining a productive, professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities: Office Operations & Administration
- Oversee front desk and ensure all visitors and calls are handled professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-supplied office environment
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
- Draft, review, and edit emails, reports, and internal communications
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments for team members
- Provide direct administrative support to company leadership
Real Estate & Financial Coordination
- Act as point of contact for tenants, vendors, and contractors
- Handle insurance coordination for all properties and company needs
- Open new insurance policies and utility accounts for newly acquired or renovated properties
- Use QuickBooks for invoicing, expense tracking, and basic bookkeeping
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure financial accuracy
- Assist with lease documentation, compliance tracking, and internal reporting
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in an Office Manager or Administrative leadership role
- Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and take initiative
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $45,000 – $55,000, based on experience
- Full-time weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
