Position: General Office Manager
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The position listed above requires a working knowledge of the following programs:
- Quick Books *
- Probills *
- XL Spread Sheets
- Microsoft Word
(Note: On job training regarding Quick Books & Probills shall be provided)
The position also entails the following:
- The creation of quarterly billing statements
- Recording and filing of NYS Sales Taxes
- Management of accounts receivable / payables
- Scheduling customers for fire extinguisher inspections
- Check in fire extinguishers received by walk-in customers
- Answering & notating customer calls for technicians as well as attending to walk-in customers
- Maintaining inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other resources
Additional :
- Computer skills a must
- Must have good oral, written, and interaction skills with customers & company personnel
- Prior experience in the office management field is desired.
