Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager – Las Vegas, NV
Avant Tech, a staffing partner to healthcare leaders, is seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse Manager for a progressive hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. This hospital is recognized for its outstanding maternity and women’s health services and offers a Level III NICU.
Position Details:
- Type: Full-time, onsite

Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Labor & Delivery unit
- Oversee clinical staff across antepartum, delivery, and postpartum phases
- Drive patient safety, staffing, compliance, and team development
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary OB and NICU teams
Requirements:
- Current NV RN license, BSN required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (must be current)
- 2 years as an L&D nurse 1–2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
