Senior Litigation Attorney – Broad Commercial & IP Practice
A busy and growing litigation practice is seeking a senior-level attorney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a big firm attorney looking to transition to a more hands-on, partner-track role with a thriving firm.
About the Role:
- Broad litigation practice focused on representing companies (heavy tech because of location), with a focus on intellectual property (IP) disputes, commercial and business disputes, derivative of clients' businesses.
- Work closely with experienced attorneys in both litigation and general corporate matters.
Who We're Looking For:
- Senior-level attorney (5-12 years)
- Strong background in commercial litigation, ideally with experience representing tech companies.
- Someone ready to take ownership of cases—no handholding required.
- A great fit for a big firm attorney who has “cut their teeth” but does not yet have a portable book of business.
- Partner-track opportunity, with the potential to grow the team by adding an associate down the line.
What We Offer:
- Base salary of $175-215K DOE
- Billable target: 1,800 hours
Salary : $175,000 - $215,000
