Job Title : Administrative / Facilities Service Coordinator

Location : Raleigh & Durham, NC

Summary :

Our boutique client is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to manage our office's day-to-day operations in its Raleigh (primary) and Durham offices . As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment and help manage the office records.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and cleaning services.
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
  • Manage and maintain office equipment.
  • Assist with document management and filing.
  • Records Management.

Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree and at least two years of related experience.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Office 365 applications.
  • Additional Information :

  • This is position will work mostly in Raleigh but will need to spend time in the Durham office as well
  • Experience with collaborative platforms such as NetDocuments, Sharefile, OneDrive, etc. is preferred but not required.
