Our boutique client is seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to manage our office's day-to-day operations in its Raleigh (primary) and Durham offices . As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment and help manage the office records.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and cleaning services.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- Manage and maintain office equipment.
- Assist with document management and filing.
- Records Management.
