Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and service activities with various vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Provide administrative support for facility operations, including managing correspondence and documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for internal staff regarding facility-related inquiries and issues, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Assist in project coordination related to facility improvements and maintenance initiatives.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to ensure clear understanding of tasks and requirements.
- Ability to travel between both the Raleigh and Durham offices- 2 days a week in one office, 3 days a week in the other
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a facilities management or similar environment.
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience with vendor management and coordination.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Ability to coordinate projects and initiatives from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Associates Degree and 2 years experience
- Competitive compensation ranging from $20 - $50/hour- based on experience
