As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment and help manage the office records.

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment and help manage the office records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and cleaning services.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings and events.
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and staff.
- Manage and maintain office equipment.
- Assist with document management and filing.
- Records Management.
- Associate's degree and at least two years of related experience.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Office 365 applications.
- This is position will work mostly in Raleigh but will need to spend time in the Durham office as well
- Experience with collaborative platforms such as NetDocuments, Sharefile, OneDrive, etc. is preferred but not required.
