The Recruiting Manager leads the recruiting function by developing and implementing strategies to attract and hire top talent. This role oversees the recruiting team, drives process improvements, and collaborates with hiring managers and HR leadership to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently. The Recruiting Manager is responsible for enhancing the employer brand, managing recruitment operations, and coaching both the recruiting team and hiring managers on best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts and oversees the full cycle recruiting process, ensuring alignment with company hiring goals and workforce planning initiatives.
- Leads and develops the recruiting team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to enhance team effectiveness.
- Drives process improvements to optimize internal recruiting operations and strengthen Nitto Avecia’s employer brand.
- Develops and maintains relationships with Career Services departments, industry networks, and state/local employment resources to build strong talent pipelines.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field.
- 7 years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience in life sciences recruiting required.
