Key responsibilities:
Provide on-going recognition, support, and motivation to students
Coach students to meet service and retail goals utilizing Aveda teaching methods
Maintain clinic/classroom sanitation
Address student challenges
Participate in instructor meetings
Minimum Requirements:
2 - 5 years' experience in a spa setting
Esthetics License requires- Instructors license *not* required
Passionate about learning and teaching
Strong presentation & communications skills
Aveda product knowledge / experience is a plus!
Pay grade range is equivalent to $17.90 to $36.38 per hour.
401K with 40% employer match & PTO available upon hire!
