Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Cincinnati apartment portfolio. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented individual who can manage a property while ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and financial performance.
- Prepare and manage budgets, track income and expenses, and ensure profitability across all properties.
- Oversee leasing activities to ensure high occupancy rates, including implementing marketing strategies.
- Supervise and mentor onsite staff, including maintenance and assistant property managers.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with corporate leadership to align property performance with company goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Preferred 3 years in property management or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: CAM (Certified Apartment Manager) certification preferred.
- Software: Proficiency in property management software (Rent Manager) preferred.
