Avenu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead our recruiting efforts. As a department of one, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments and levels, from entry-level to senior-level positions, including technical roles.
Job Summary:
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing a high-volume requisition load while partnering with multiple hiring managers across the organization. This individual will be hands-on in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending verbal offers, and coordinating the hiring process to ensure an efficient and positive experience for candidates and managers alike.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of positions, including easy-to-fill roles, midcareer professional roles, and hard-to-fill positions requiring scarce skill sets.
- Proactively source and attract candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on recruitment best practices, market trends, and candidate selection.
- Extend verbal offers and coordinate the pre-employment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Act as an employer brand ambassador, promoting [Company Name] as an employer of choice in the industry.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies, regulations, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.
- 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously across various functions and levels.
- Strong experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Experience extending and negotiating offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and market trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; preferably ADP.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate as the employee works in an office setting, at an individual workstation, using telephone and computer

- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for most of the day
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer/copy machine
