Overview: The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions. This highly visible role requires a professional who will be responsible to recruit for individual contributor and management level positions across all departments of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Source, pre-qualify and in some cases select the best candidate that meets both the potential employee's and company's needs;
- Engage active and passive creative talent through outbound sourcing, resume screening, portfolio reviews, networking, referrals, recruitment events, etc.;
- Utilize a wide variety of talent generation sources, including but not limited to: Social Media Recruiting, Internet Job Boards, state clinical lists and company proprietary databases;
- Research and source qualified candidates in historical and target client markets;
- Partner with business leaders, hiring manager and the HR team to include initial in-take, on-going updates and integrity of our applicant tracking system
- Manage the interview process utilizing our corporate applicant tracking system, from scheduling to day-of coordination, ensuring clear internal communication, as well as a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Serves in a consultative and advisory role with hiring managers to guide them in the selection process
- Makes recommendations regarding process improvements and serves as a knowledge source to new TA staff
- Participate in TA projects and deliverables for various initiatives including process improvements, onsite job fairs, and other special projects as requested;
- Consistently perform above established quantitative and qualitative standards;
- Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;
- Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position; and
- Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Employer.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a staffing or high-volume talent hunting environment;
- Proven experience with the talent acquisition process including sourcing, candidate identification, compensation analysis, offer proposals and offer negotiation, pre-employment validation, etc.;
- Excellent written communication skills;
- Experience using a web-based Applicant Tracking System;
- Demonstrated ability to hit key hiring metrics;
- Knowledge of strategic talent acquisition; methodology utilizing social media (LinkedIn Recruiter & Facebook preferred);
- Proficient in MS Office Products (Excel, Outlook and Word);
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online database;
- Must have the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes and procedures; and
- Able to adapt to competing time sensitive demands.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Sedentary work (i.e. sitting for long periods of time);
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force;
- Subject to inside environmental conditions; and
- Travel for this position will include up to 15-20% depending upon the line of business being supported.
