What You'll Do
The Alumni Program Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the alumni programs across all 17 Avenues Recovery locations. This individual will ensure the success of our alumni initiatives by monitoring metrics, driving engagement, and providing strategic guidance to Executive Directors and Alumni Coordinators. The ideal candidate is a proactive, data-driven professional with a passion for community building and a deep understanding of how to leverage alumni networks to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Metrics & Performance Tracking:
- Utilize Salesforce to monitor alumni program performance and referral trends.
- Track Google reviews to measure client satisfaction.
- Monitor dashboards and provide regular reports on engagement, retention, and referral success rates.

Collaboration with Leadership:
- Conduct monthly calls with each Executive Director and Marketing Director to review performance, discuss insights, and develop strategic improvements.
- Offer support and guidance while maintaining a low-disruption approach to Executive Directors' daily operations.
- Serve as a resource for Executive Directors and Alumni Coordinators, offering creative ideas for events, community engagement, and outreach initiatives.

Alumni Engagement & Community Involvement:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage alumni, including events, workshops, and community activities.
- Guide facilities in planning and executing local events that promote Avenues Recovery's mission and strengthen community ties.
- Foster a sense of community among alumni, encouraging ongoing participation and support for Avenues Recovery.

Community Visibility and Referral Generation:
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to engage alumni, including events, workshops, and community activities.
- Guide facilities in planning and executing local events that promote Avenues Recovery's mission and strengthen community ties.
- Foster a sense of community among alumni, encouraging ongoing participation and support for Avenues Recovery

Leadership and Communication:
- Report directly to the Marketing Director, providing regular updates on alumni program performance and strategic initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with Executive Directors, Alumni Coordinators, and other company leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- Experience in alumni programming, community engagement, or addiction recovery services preferred.
- Familiarity with Google reviews management and online reputation monitoring.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decisions.
- Background in marketing, business development, or behavioral health is a plus.
