Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of clinical laboratory tests, procedures, and related duties
- Utilize scientific principles, technical knowledge, and problem-solving skills for day-to-day laboratory operations
- Assume responsibility for distinguishing between normal and abnormal clinical laboratory parameters and take corrective action as needed
- Communicate laboratory data and technical information to relevant departments and individuals in an accurate and timely manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Transcript showing Medical Laboratory Scientist degree or equivalent
- MLS - American Medical Technologists (AMT) certification within 1 year or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) - American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification within 1 year
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills
