Key responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, administering prescribed medications, coordinating patient care activities, and observing, recording, and reporting patient reactions to drugs and treatments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and maintain confidentiality. A minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing or equivalent experience is required, along with a Registered Nurse (RN) license. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and certification in relevant areas.
