**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at the Sioux Falls Village, a leading long-term care facility in South Dakota. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to residents while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care to residents
- Collaborate with resident, family, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans
- Care for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
- Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, education, and various other nursing interventions
**Requirements:**
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing
