About The Job
">The Accounting Specialist role is a key position within our Finance department. As an Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, preparing financial reports, and providing support to the accounting team.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Perform general ledger entries, balance sheet reconciliations, bank account reconciliations, and accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Prepare financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Provide support to the accounting team
Requirements
">- 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- High school diploma or GED; Associate/BS degree in Accounting a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource System M3 Accounting Core
