TITLE: Paid Media & Demand Generation Marketing Specialist

LOCATION: Seattle, WA

TYPE: Temp to Hire/Contract to Hire

PAY: $40 - $45/hr

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Paid Media & Demand Generation Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

  • Paid Search (Google): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns; audit accounts, revamp structure, improve performance, and drive lead generation.
  • Paid Social (LinkedIn & Facebook): Oversee targeting, creative, and CPL performance; coordinate with design/content on ad strategy and testing.
  • Content Syndication: Launch and optimize vendor-led syndication programs; ensure lead quality and smooth handoffs to nurture streams.
  • ABM (Demandbase): Execute targeted ABM campaigns in partnership with field/channel marketing; measure impact on pipeline and optimize based on performance.


Success Metrics:

  • Drive improvements in CPL, lead volume, MQLs, and pipeline contribution.
  • Leverage market and audience insights to fuel campaign innovation.
  • Deliver actionable reporting to inform cross-functional strategies.
  • Lead ongoing creative testing and audience optimization efforts.


ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years’ of experience managing paid search and paid media campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Experience in B2B demand generation and lead nurturing.
  • Proven experience with marketing automation (like HubSpot) and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of content syndication strategies and vendor management.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel and Power BI analytical tools to evaluate data and enable decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and with team members.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, LinkedIn Advertising, or other relevant platforms preferred.
