Location – Irvine, CA
Report to : Senior Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy
Compensation : 64K – 79K with annual bonus
AVITA Medical is a regenerative medicine company leading the development and commercialization of devices and autologous cellular therapies for skin restoration. Our FDA-approved RECELL System technology platform treats patients with thermal burn wounds and full-thickness skin defects and is used for re-pigmentation of stable depigmented vitiligo lesions by harnessing the regenerative properties of a patients’ own skin to create Spray-On Skin cells.

Position Summary :
AVITA Medical is a growing global medical device company, looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant with office manager skills to join the team based in Irvine, CA (5151 California Ave, Suite 203). This role will report to the SVP, Global Marketing & Strategy, Debbie Garner, providing critical support across a wide range of administrative duties with potential career growth and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities :
- Administrative Support : Communicating with senior leadership, managing calendars, coordinating conference calls, and arranging travel plans.
- Office Management : Performing office management functions, managing purchase orders, and coordinating corporate swag.
- Event Coordination : Assisting with meeting events and supporting the Event Project Coordinator.
