Job Summary: Credit & Collection activities for ANZ Principal Responsibilities: Review /release daily held order list Generate and report on hold list with reasons to Sales team twice a day Dispute management & Collection activities Periodic analysis and review of customer’s credit limit Ensure timely collection for accounts receivables and improve DSO (managed advance termed customers, portfolio expanded with new markets) Work closely with outsourced OTC transaction team, Sales and Customer Service teams, providing guidance on credit goals, objectives, processes and procedures Analyse financial statements and review credit reports to support extension of credit and recommend strategies for creative credit solutions Support outsourced OTC team on error and disputes resolution Send copy sales invoices, credit notes, statement of accounts, receipts per customers' requests Arrange collection and bank-in of cheques Review monthend schedules including revaluation of accounts receivables, provision for bad debts, receipts reconciliation using MS Access and Excel tools Support statutory & internal audit on AR, credit management Cover for peers when required Any other duties as assigned from time to time in line with company strategies Job Level Specifications: Acquires basic skills through work experience or formal training to perform routine tasks. Tasks are routine, repetitive and manual in nature with minimal complexity or variation and specific to the job. Work is performed under supervision with detailed instructions. Priorities are provided for performing work. Interacts mostly with immediate peers within assigned team. Based on nature of the role, may respond to requests from others in the organization.
