What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Childcare Director position at AWG (As We Grow Learning Center)?

We are looking to hire an individual who has:
· Experience in a licensed child care facility (Preferably as a lead teacher, front office assistant or assistant director)
· Strong background in state licensing regulations, staffing, health and safety practices, and
· Responsible for overseeing all operations including human resources, quality assurance and facility operations
· A proven track developing and retaining staff
· Possess deep love for children and a strong commitment to building positive relationships with families and the community
· Reliable with strong character and values. Will serve as a role model for others in the school and embody the servant leadership philosophy
· Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
Possess a valid drivers licenses with a safe driving record and experience transporting children.
Additional Qualifications
High school Diploma/ GED
Position Open to all applicants who meet the necessary qualifications set for childcare center directors in the state of Texas.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
