Role: Coupa Application Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and administer the Coupa platform to meet business needs.
- Serve as a Coupa subject matter expert, advising on best practices and system capabilities.
- Manage user roles, permissions, workflow configurations, and company settings across all modules.
- Oversee integrations with ERP and other connected applications.
- Address production issues, resolve ITSM tickets, and provide user support.
- Develop SOPs and offer technical recommendations for scalability and long-term alignment.
Qualifications:
- Must have over 2 to 4 years of Coupa experience with expertise in P2P, CLM, SIM, and Sourcing.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or similar industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, or equivalent experience.
