Job Title - Coupa Application Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Configure, Maintain and administer Coupa platform to meet business requirements.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the Coupa platform, advising on best practices and system capabilities.
- Access Management: Manage user roles and permissions. Administer restrictions across all modules such as Procurement, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Information, etc.
- Ownership and governance around workflow configurations and company settings across all modules.
- Administer integrations with ERP and other applications integrated with Coupa.
- Address Coupa production issues via ITSM tool, resolving Incidents, Service tickets and general enquiries raised by users.
- Write application specific Administration SOPs.
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to ensure that applications are scalable across facilities, maintainable, and aligned with the organization s long-term goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business related area, engineering or information systems or additional related experience.
- Oil and Gas or similar industry experience
- 3 years of experience with Coupa with strong knowledge across all modules (P2P, CLM, SIM, Sourcing).
- Excellent knowledge in configuring Coupa as one stop shop to build the lifecycle from Sourcing, Supplier onboarding through procurement / invoicing process.
- Deep understanding of Company setup across all Coupa modules.
- Adept in Coupa User access security and account restrictions.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.
