Our client is seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist with experience in the Oil & Gas industry or high-risk industrial environments to manage enterprise applications, plant systems, and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, maintain, and administer enterprise applications (Coupa specifically) to meet business needs.
- Manage user access, security settings, and compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing user support.
- Coordinate upgrades, patches, and system integrations with internal teams and vendors.
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials to support change management.
- Conduct user access reviews, audits, and system performance evaluations.
- Support IT service management (ITSM) processes, handling incidents and service requests.
- Ensure 24/7 system availability and liaise with vendors on enhancements and compliance.
- Document application architecture, configurations, and operational processes.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-10 years of experience managing and configuring Coupa & various enterprise applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, security best practices, and business processes.
- Experience in Oil & Gas or high-risk industrial environments preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
