SHIFT : 6 : 00am 6 : 00pm with flexibility (8 hour days within this time frame) No OT

- Must have experience with PIP, leading large projects, HEDIS, Workgroups, writing state level documentation, responsive, dependable, knowledge of NCQA standards and health plan level responsibilities to the state.
Job Description : Position Purpose : Assist with the daily operations and support within the Quality Improvement department including data management, data reporting needs, and project management.
The position deals with quality healthplan trilogy documents, work groups every 2 weeks, and implementing interventions related to quality metrics within the healthplan.
Lots of autonomy within the team. Ask questions to gain understanding. Interacting with many different groups within the team.
Rest of team is assigned to different areas of the project. There is a need for this space. Filling in for employee on LOA.
Lot of work within MS Teams, Excel, presenting on work group meetings. No provider / member calls.
Must haves : HEDIS, accreditation experience, must be able to present & discuss information
Nice to haves : Quality background, CHPQ, Project Manager Background
Disqualifiers : No HEDIS / Accreditation experience
Performance indicators : Timely communication, work groups every 2 weeks, presentations
Top 3 skills Needed :
Data Analytics (interpret numbers being read)
Interpretation of HEDIS measures / TechSpec
Proficient written communication for reporting
Education / Certification
