HR Generalist Responsibilities :

Employee relations management – addressing concerns, facilitating communication

Recruitment and onboarding – assist in the hiring process and new employee integration

Payroll coordination – assist in the processing of payroll and employee record maintenance

HR Generalist Qualifications :

To be considered for the HR Generalist position, applicants should :

Previous experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work unsupervised

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
