Manager, Field Marketing, Southeast

Summary:

Who is your future team?

You will manage a group of six including Field Marketing Coordinators, Experience Center coordinators, and Technical Trainers based out of Fort Lauderdale, FL and Atlanta, GA. You will work with the Business Area Director on strategy, budget planning, and marketing reporting. Ideal candidates will reside in or be willing to relocate to the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.

What you’ll do here as a Field Marketing Manager?

· Developing and executing all marketing initiatives for the Southeast Business Area

· Reporting on field marketing ROI

· Budget planning and alignment

· Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

· Overseeing the development and growth of your team

· Managing the overall buildout & design needs of the Axis Experience Center in Fort Lauderdale, Atlanta, and more to come!

What will you need?

· Superb attention to detail

· Effective problem solving

· Confident decision making

· Highly organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize workload

· Strong communication skills including writing and editing

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field

· Familiarity with tools like Canva, Salesforce/Pardot, and Microsoft Office

· 5 years marketing experience

· Experience with CRM and marketing automation preferred

· Experience supervising employees

· Master’s degree in Marketing preferred but not required

· Experience in security and/or surveillance industry preferred but not required

Target Salary:

• Target Salary: $110,000-$125,000 OTE (dependent on location, experience, and education)
