Team Lead Assistant

We're seeking a Team Lead Assistant to join our Fort Lauderdale warehouse. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our logistics operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Managing shipping processes using UPS, FedEx, and USPS software.
• Collaborating with Account Managers to optimize resource allocation.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate inventory levels through digital systems.
• Operating pallet jacks and forklifts in a safe and responsible manner.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment.
• Packing and labeling items accurately for shipment.

We're looking for candidates with:

• 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Familiarity with general business software.
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• The physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience with operating forklifts
• Knowledge of shipping procedures for UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
