As Axon's Contract Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll work closely with our recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates to deliver an exceptional interview and hiring experience. You’re an organizational powerhouse who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys the challenge of contributing to a high-growth organization while attracting top talent.
In this role, you’ll manage candidate workflows and recruiting coordinator requests in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), take ownership of interview scheduling, coordinate travel and accommodations for candidates visiting from out of town, support recruiting and branding events, and contribute to various recruiting projects. Your work will directly influence Axon’s reputation as a great place to work and elevate the candidate experience.

Your Day To Day
- Manage high-volume interview scheduling and coordinate travel logistics for out-of-town candidates.
- Communicate and confirm interview itineraries and logistics with candidates and interview teams.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruiting and branding events, as well as other recruiting projects and assignments.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to identify scheduling priorities and address last-minute changes.
- Act as a point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and responding to questions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Proactively monitor and manage scheduling conflicts to maintain smooth interview workflows.
- Partner with global teams to coordinate across multiple time zones, ensuring clear communication.
- Maintain and improve documentation for scheduling processes and ensure best practices are followed.
- Contribute to training materials and onboarding for new team members.
- Assist with escalations, such as candidate reimbursements or urgent scheduling requests.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance processes, contributing to an exceptional candidate and employee experience.
- Experience supporting a recruiting team, event planning, high-volume scheduling, or similar HR experience.
- Proven ability to arrange domestic and international travel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Outlook or similar tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong email management skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and adapting to change.
- Strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.
- Positive, customer-focused attitude.
