As the Senior Manager, Treasury you will report directly to the Vice President and Treasurer. You will play a significant role in all Company’s Treasury activities and operations, develop and present executive reporting packages, build & maintain cash forecasting / interest income & expense and foreign exchange models, assist in the planning and implementation of ad hoc initiatives. What You’ll Do
Location: Hybrid from Boston, 1 day a week in office
Reports to: Vice President & Treasurer
- Partner, lead, and individually contribute to all of Axon’s global Treasury functions
- Play a key role in supporting global liquidity through superior cash management skills and abilities
- Invest strategic funds in highly liquid and observable worldwide markets
- Collaborate on Axon’s global banking structure, sourcing and owning a complete process in a structured approach resulting in protected accounts
- Arrange and execute Trade Finance instruments promptly and accurately
- Foster a control centric Treasury environment partnering with internal & external auditors and various Finance & Accounting teams
- Develop and implement a company Foreign Exchange and Interest Rate management program
- Own and expand an extensive monthly Treasury reporting package
- Identify and implement actual and forecasting model enhancements to improve overall category accuracy
- Assist in the development of legal documents and reporting for Intercompany Loans
- Participate in all Capital Market transactions
- Strategically enhance and develop Treasury technologies
- Oversee Treasury’s participation in M&A activities including due diligence, integration planning and execution of treasury roles
- Heavy involvement in Corporate Card and Merchant service programs
- Build and support key bank relationships
- Liaise within FP&A, work closely with Legal, Tax, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Accounts Payable & Receivables , Sales, Operations, and Corporate Development
- Keep current with relevant banking regulations and treasury best practices
- Lead Finance and Business Operations individuals on Treasury related functions
- You will assist with ad hoc FP&A and Treasury projects that arise due to our rapid growth
What You Bring
- 9 years of experience in large multi-national corporates with International Treasury activities in dynamic high growth environments
- Bachelors or MBA, Finance or similar discipline
- Certified Treasury Professional or working towards CTP designation
- Strong understanding of balance sheet, income statement and statements of cashflow
- Experience with forecasting on a global level and well as entity level
- Understanding of financial, foreign exchange and capital markets
- Treasury operations and technology systems implementations
- Understanding of Debt Covenants and Rating Agency reporting
- Ability to navigate and learn a manufacturing ERP system(s) and FP&A resources
- Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and highly responsive customer service mindset
- Excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills for frequent interaction with company leaders
- Concern for high-quality deliverables and deadlines
- Superb attention to detail, strong planning and organization skills, and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong project management skills
- Self-driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement with all internal and external teams
