IT Systems Manager

The IT Systems Manager oversees the development, implementation, and maintenance of AYS' primary hardware and software systems. Acting as liaison with a managed services provider, they ensure that these systems operate efficiently and securely, to support operational excellence.

• Responsible for maintaining all records and performance of all IT issuance; ensuring managed service provider meets day to day needs.

• Assess the company's IT needs and develop plans to meet those requirements.
• Responsible for managing AYS’ technology equipment and associated contracts.

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to all staff in all aspects of tech applications.
• Oversite and Annual Set-up of programs registration solution (currently Eleyo)
  • Ensure accuracy in collaboration with the Senior Accountant and Customer Service of all customer contracts.
  • Provide specific scrubbed data reports at identified cadence to various departments as required
  • Support data analysis of key performance indicators, grant reporting, advocacy and business projections.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure systems are operating correctly.
• Work with project managers to implement new systems.

• Applies business management and process design knowledge and techniques to all areas of work, including the production of technology inventory, routine costing and projected needs.
• Maintain organizations total inventory and fixed assets workbooks.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
