We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Project Manager / Estimator to join our team and take ownership of diverse projects ranging from $50K to $5M .

Your Role
As a Project Manager / Estimator - TI , you will lead, estimate, and execute tenant improvement projects while ensuring cost efficiency, quality control, and client satisfaction. You will work closely with executives, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize project performance and deliver on budget and timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Cost Management : Oversee budgeting, estimating, and financial management of TI projects, ensuring profitability.Estimating & Bidding : Prepare and submit competitive bids, RFPs, and self-perform estimates for trades (excluding millwork, rough carpentry, steel, MEP, and structural concrete).Client & Vendor Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners to drive repeat business.Financial Oversight : Collaborate with project accountants to manage billing, invoicing, payables, receivables, and budget tracking .Project Execution : Lead projects from kickoff to closeout , ensuring adherence to contract milestones and safety standards.Team Leadership : Manage and mentor Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and TI Superintendents , fostering professional growth.Compliance & Permitting : Champion permit procurement and coordination with governing agencies and utility companies.Strategic Reporting : Regularly update leadership on manpower, financials, and project performance .What You Bring
Education & Experience :Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).3-5 years of experience in project management & estimating OR 5 years of field experience with estimating expertise.Technical Expertise :Strong knowledge of bidding, project management, and estimating software .Ability to generate self-perform estimates (hourly rates, material costs, labor hours).Strong mathematical and analytical skills ( fractions, percentages, ratios, financial reports ).Communication & Leadership :Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present to clients, executives, and regulatory agencies .Creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on client satisfaction .Certifications & Requirements :Valid driver’s license (required).Must pass background check & drug screening .Willingness to travel to job sites (primarily within Phoenix Metro, with some Arizona-wide travel ).Why This Opportunity?
