About the Role:
AZ Window Services is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable, and motivated Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to help us stay on top of daily operations. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, manage our cleaning and tinting teams, schedule jobs through Jobber CRM, and handle ordering of materials for tint services. If you’re a natural communicator and a strong organizer with leadership skills, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and close new leads (earn a bonus for each one you schedule)
- Use Jobber CRM to manage calendars, job tracking, invoicing, and client info
- Assign and coordinate jobs for cleaning and tinting technicians
- Monitor progress on job completion and communicate with the field team throughout the day
- Order and track materials needed for window tint installations
- Follow up with clients, confirm appointments, and provide support as needed
- Keep track of technician availability, routes, and performance
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, management, and field workers
- Help improve systems and processes as we grow into new regions
What We’re Looking For:
- Friendly, professional phone presence and solid communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver
- Able to manage multiple tasks and team members at once
- Experience using Jobber or similar CRM systems (preferred, but we’ll train)
- Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or office coordination
- Comfortable with ordering supplies and tracking inventory
- Must have a computer/smartphone and strong internet connection
- Located in Arizona or familiar with Arizona geography a plus
Compensation:
- $12/hour base pay
- $10 bonus per closed call (each confirmed job)
- Potential for performance-based raises and promotions as we grow
- Opportunity to grow into a full-time operations or management positio

Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week
