Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Office Assistant serves as the company’s primary point of contact, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Key duties include answering phones, greeting visitors, managing office supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to support the team and executive leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and able to deliver high-quality work on time
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
• Answer and screen phone calls, redirecting as necessary, and providing basic information.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and ensure timely reordering.
• Stock and maintain break room, ensuring it is fully stocked and organized. Place orders for supplies as needed in coordination with the Manager.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of common office areas, including the break room, conference rooms, and lobby.
• Prioritize and manage incoming calls and emails in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and restock branded merchandise and promotional materials.
• Maintain and update office contact lists and other essential records.
• Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as required to support the team and executive leadership.
Requirements
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and professional environment.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is a plus.
