Job description
- Manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and cleaning duties.
- Must have a pleasant personality and be able to deal with sudden changes in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.
- You must be available to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays. Closed on Sundays!
- This role will require working the following shifts: Days: Monday – Saturday Times: Day shift (7:15am - 2:45pm) and Night shift (2:15pm - 9:45pm)

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Manage calendars, including scheduling and coordinating appointments
- Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, text messages, & emails
- File and retrieve documents, records, and reports as needed
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
- Provide general customer service support to clients or team members as needed
- Transcribe notes or recordings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
